Many spend nights crying and wondering who will be their shoulder to cry on and trust me been their, you are not alone their are many people that love you. Theirs a sentence that i always tell myself, it may not be something everyone can relate to but its helped me, Stay strong. If not for you then your parents and family, cuz if something happens to u its understandable that u may be able to forget the world but how about the ones that cant leave.
